About Me

My photo
Alison Lyne
I work as a freelance illustrator, mostly doing work for children's publishing. I've illustrated eight published children's colour picture books, two middle readers (colour cover and 16 black and white illustrations)all for Pelican Publishing Company. I have done work for the Kentucky History Museum. I have painted 14 portraits of famous Kentucky Women that hang in permanent display in the Kentucky State Capitol. I belong to SCBWI , and I edit a column, ART TIPS, for the SCBWI Bulletin.
